自2026年1月1日起，泰国知识产权厅（DIP）推出“Fast Track 4 Month Plus+”快速审查通道，专为急需在电商平台使用商标的线上创业者提供保护 。这项新途径建立在现有的快速审查通道系统之上，但增加了电子商务用途作为申请符合快速通道条件的一项要求。根据该方案，符合条件的申请将在4个月内获得首次审查意见，整个注册流程预计最快缩短至6-7个月。
需注意，该通道适用于通过线上平台从事电商的个人或公司，每个商标仅限1个类别且商品/服务不得超过10项，同时需要提交商标检索结果并证明有紧急注册需求。接受标志、文字、数字等常规元素，但排除3D、声音及颜色组合商标，且不支持马德里国际注册。
Starting January 1, 2026, the Thai Intellectual Property Department (DIP) launched the "Fast Track 4 Month Plus+" fast-track examination channel, specifically designed to provide protection for online entrepreneurs who urgently need to use their trademarks on e-commerce platforms. This new channel builds upon the existing fast-track system but adds e-commerce use as a requirement for e-commerce registration. Under this scheme, eligible applications will receive initial examination opinions within four months, and the entire registration process is expected to be shortened to as little as 6-7 months.
It is important to note that this channel is applicable to individuals or companies engaged in e-commerce through online platforms. Each trademark is limited to one class and no more than 10 goods/services. A trademark search result and proof of an urgent registration need must be submitted. Conventional elements such as signs, words, and numbers are accepted, but 3D, sound, and color combination trademarks are excluded, and Madrid international registration is not supported.
