经查实，团伙大批量在美国专利商标局注册低通过率瑕疵商标，利用亚马逊品牌备案规则获得投诉权限，仅 2025 年内恶意投诉超 5000 条合规商品链接，导致大量正规卖家商品下架、店铺权重受损。
美国法院判决该团伙所有商标注册无效，永久禁止其运营亚马逊店铺，同时向遭受损失的合规卖家赔偿数百万美元。亚马逊同步更新品牌备案审核规则，强化商标真实性筛查，打击利用商标工具恶意竞争的不法商家。
Amazon's Global Counterfeit Crime Task Force (CCU) announced a major lawsuit against a trademark speculation group in multiple locations in the US and China. This group registered invalid or defective trademarks on Amazon's Brand Registry, then launched a series of false infringement complaints against the platform, maliciously removing competing products and monopolizing traffic in niche product categories.
Investigations revealed that the group registered a large number of low-approval-rate defective trademarks with the US Patent and Trademark Office, exploiting Amazon's Brand Registry rules to gain complaint rights. In 2025 alone, they maliciously filed over 5,000 complaints against compliant product listings, resulting in the removal of numerous legitimate sellers' products and damage to their store rankings.
A US court ruled all of the group's trademark registrations invalid, permanently banning them from operating Amazon stores, and ordered them to pay millions of dollars in damages to compliant sellers who suffered losses. Amazon has also updated its Brand Registry review rules, strengthening trademark authenticity screening to combat unscrupulous businesses using trademark tools for malicious competition.
